of Chinese cutting tools going international
Chinese high-quality products want to enter the international market, they need to deal with three issues. One is the construction of shopping malls, the second is to break the skill barrier, and the third is the trade barrier.
today's trade barriers are primarily anti-dumping. In the process of anti-dumping, occupations should not look forward to the government. The government cannot achieve results. The key is that occupations and professional associations must exert their effects and unite. On the 06 years of diamond anti-dumping failed cases, in fact, has not yet been completed, only the first victory. The U.S. complaint is still in a lawsuit with the U.S. International Trade Commission. If the International Trade Commission loses, then anti-dumping is still established, but this ability is now relatively small. In addition, in terms of skill barriers, internationally, most of our companies have been certified at various levels, first of all DSA and MPA, and now OSA has been newly issued. At the time of the US anti-dumping, the EU anti-dumping application has now been sent to the European Commission. Now that the EU has decided not to anti-dumping Chinese companies, they can turn to another aspect and set up some kind of skills barrier, such as European certification. The next step for some certifications will be very high for Chinese companies, and the cost is also very high. For example, OSA certification now has this trace. In the future, Chinese companies should start early in this aspect of skill certification. The first company in the OSA certification South Korea has already done so three or four years ago, but we have passed through relatively few manufacturers in China, and it is becoming more and more difficult to obtain this certification in the next step. The next step is to be certified and labeled as a more useful barrier to the product. Certification can cost a lot of money, but this must be willing to spend money and done early.
